How do I cancel an order?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. All sales are final.
At this time Custom OtterBox is only able to ship to customers located in the United States of America .
How do I warranty an order?
If you have a defective case, OtterBox will warranty your case following our standard warranty process. This may not entail the image used to decorate your original case/tumbler.
If your decoration is defective, we will work with our vendor for a warrantied order. Wear and tear is not included under the warranty.
Please follow the instructions included with your customized order to ensure a long life for your product customization.
- This product is NOT dishwasher safe.
- Do not soak in hot water. Wash gently by hand.
- Do not scrub, scratch or use abrasive materials.
- Do not clean printed area with chemicals such as rubbing alcohol, acetone, bleach, etc.
Customization may be lost or fade without proper care.
Why was my order cancelled?
If a custom product is ordered that is considered harmful, abusive, indecent or otherwise objectionable that order will be cancelled by our customization vendor, Personal Touch.
What requirements do I need for a high-quality print on a phone case?
In order to achieve a high-quality print on your desired phone case, we highly recommend uploading images with a minimum of 300dpi.
